Hi I'm Keri

I grew up in Wyoming. I am a bank manager. I'm a Mormon!!!

About Me

I did not grow up in the church. I converted when I was 20 years old. I grew up in Wyoming the middle child with an older and a younger brother. Since then I have graduated from college and currently work as a bank manager. I recently got married after being a member of the church for 7 years. We were married in the temple and the gospel has helped us to seek revelations. There is truly no greater gift then that of knowing my family will be together forever. I am so thankful of a loving heavenly father and the faith to live in these latter days.

Why I am a Mormon

Joining the church had been the best decision I have ever made. Though it has not always been easy it has always been worth it. I have gained a testimony of the restored gospel here on earth today. What a gift it is to share with others. I know that this is the only true church here on the earth today. The gospel is the guiding light for every exit I may take in this life and I know that if I have questions that need answers the gospel will provide it. Whether it be through scripture study or saying my prayers daily that if I ask I shall receive the answer. I am so grateful to have a living prophet on the earth today who leads and guides us. I am grateful that we are not left alone but to have a prophet to help us. I am grateful to Joesph Smith who restored the gospel on the earth today and that I will have the ability to teach and raise my children in the church. The only true church on the earth today. The Book of Mormon is another book of scripture in addition to the bible it does not replace it. I know that Jesus Christ lives and that he is the head of our church and that we do all things through him. He is the son of god and has sacrificed everything for our sins so that we can join him and his father again. I am so grateful that he would sacrifice himself for me and I strive to live each day in a manner that will please him. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

Since I did not grow up in the church this is the first time I am serving in a family ward. Previously I have been in a singles ward. We are split into different wards/groups of members that are separated geographically as well as different needs such as a singles ward made up of members that are not married. Since I am married I go to a family ward and my husband and I serve as nursery leaders. We teach lessons, give snacks and play with children in our ward that are between the ages of 18 months to 3 years old.
