Hi I'm Maegan

I'm an adventurer, a reader, a nanny, a soon-to-be missionary and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a busy 19 year old preparing to serve in the Minnesota Minneapolis Mission. I graduated in December with an Associates Degree and a Certificate in Interior Design. I love to learn and try new things, and being able to use my creativity. I love books and adventures. I have high hopes to travel the world and see new places.

Why I am a Mormon

I remember going to church when I little, but it wasn't until my parents got divorced and we moved that I realized how much I really loved church. On the weekends we spent with our dad, I would ask him to take me back Sunday morning so I could go to church. I think this is the point in time that my testimony really became my own. I was going to church because I actually wanted to. I loved young women's and spending time with these amazing people made me feel so good. Ever since that point, I have just grown. I gained my own testimony and I wanted to strengthen it, so that's exactly what I did. Growing up in Utah, around so many members it sometimes can get hard or we may just go through the motions, but I know that it is true, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by example. I strive to be someone others want to be around to learn from and grow with. Being able to teach the 9-year olds in Primary, and now preparing for and serving a mission are all things that I do daily to live what I know.
