Hi I'm Andrew Gibson

I was born in Pennsylvania. I attend BYU and am currently serving a mission in Long Beach California. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a huge sports fan. I played basketball, baseball, and did track and field in high school. I love to play the guitar, work out, and hang out with friends. I served a mission in Long Beach, California. I attend college at BYU and am studying chemical engineering.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a member of this church for many reasons, but mainly because of the way it makes me feel. I can just feel that I'm in the right place when I'm at church or other related church activities. I'm a very logical person, and the gospel of our church just makes sense to me. There's so many things about our church that make me say "how come every religion doesn't believe this?" Being here at BYU, surrounded by fellow students and church members my age has really strengthened my belief in this true church. I really love everything about our gospel, and I can't wait to go out and share it! I have a testimony that this is Heavenly Father's true church, and that the Book of Mormon is true.

How I live my faith

I'm attending Brigham Young University, which is a private LDS college. Right now I'm serving as a full-time missionary in Long Beach, CA. I have the opportunity, all day every day, to spread the gospel to the people here. As missionaries, we teach people of the eternal principles that govern our lives as well as set an example of Christ-like love for all those we come in contact with.
