Hi I'm Adam

I am a student at the University of Utah. Grew up in Utah, Mexico and Spain. I love being a husband and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student going to the University of Utah who was recently married. I love singing, playing sports like basketball and the occasional video game. My family comes first and nothing else. Travels have really helped me to see the world and enjoy life in a new way. I lived for three years in Mexico and served as an LDS missionary in Spain. I also enjoy eating, cooking, speaking Spanish, movies and being with others. I love my life and live everyday the best I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the LDS church as my parents had raised me in the ways of God. While they helped me to know God I wanted to get to know Him myself. I thought that I would live a normal life as a teenager going to the same high school and living at the same house. Boy was I wrong. I soon found out that my parents and I would be leaving to Mexico for 3 years. While there I felt alone and I didn't know where to turn. I didn't have friends, I didn't speak the language and I was in a completely different culture. For the first time in my life I was a minority. Through God I was able to remember what is truly important. My loneliness went away as I looked to the one person that understands me perfectly, Jesus Christ. I loved the time I spent in Mexico and the people there. Just as I came to the love the people of Spain as I served as an LDS missionary there. I learned that God truly does love us and He is always there for us. He has given us families and I love that. My wife means everything to me and I look forward to creating a family together that can be not just something for this life, but for eternity. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for us, so that we can be saved. Life is not easy, but it is worth it. Trials will come, disappointment and even sorrow, but none of that matters. We are all children of God and that means a lot. I love God, I love this church and I live along with my family the best we can to be able to be with God once more.

How I live my faith

I am currently focusing on being a husband as I was recently married. I am involved in helping people with their gym membership at a finance company. Along with my wife, we try to find ways to help those around us and be happy. We go to church every week and love it.
