Hi I'm Jeff

I am a convert and feel blessed to have been led to to this great church. I am proud to say "I am a Mormon".

About Me

I was raised on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico on the West cental coast of Florida. Schooled locally and at the University of South Florida. I married an amazing lady who just happened to be LDS. We have two grown children and six grandsons. I choose a career in Law Enforcement and served twenty seven years in numerous different capacities within that profession. I am now retired with a great opportunity to enjoy plenty of golfing and fishing.

Why I am a Mormon

It is hard to be exposed to the truth and not recognize it. I was led to the Church by the example of a loving wife who was a member, members of the church that befriended me and a number of full time missionaries who taught and encouraged me. It took me many years to decide to be baptized. I am very thankful I did get baptized, but regret the years I wasted by not acting more quickly. This gospel answered all the questions I had and many I never even thougt about. If you can judge the tree by the fruit it bears, the this gospel is indeed the best and the sweetest of all. My invitation to all who have a desire to know for sure is very simple. Come and see...

How I live my faith

I have been blessed to serve in many different capacities in the Church including Bishop. Everything I have been asked to do has helped me grow in the gospel and learn the lessons I needed to learn to draw closer to the Savior and my Heavenly Father. I have a great testimony that blessings abound when we serve our brothers and sisters around us. Service helps us become more Christ-like and it truly blesses both the recipient and the giver.
