Hi I'm Bekah

I'm a daughter, sister, and friend. I thrive on laughing and just being happy! And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to run, write, play violin, cook, eat, and laugh until I cry! I am a college student studying Marriage and Family, and I love everything I'm learning in school. I have seen a lot of heartache and broken relationships throughout my life, so learning about how to have successful relationships and friendships is what I love most. Some of my goals and dreams in life are to: Run a marathon, finish college, overcome my fear of spiders, become a motivational speaker, and last but not least, get married and have my own family.

Why I am a Mormon

The knowledge I have about our Heavenly Father and Savior has blessed me and given me direction throughout my life, over and over again. I have found that even when the world seems to have turned against me and everything seems to be going wrong, I have a Father in Heaven who loves me and is there for me. Sometimes when I pray, the answers don't always come right away; and sometimes the answers come piece by piece over a period of time. But answers come! Because Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ know me, and They know better than I do what I need.

How I live my faith

I really enjoy having the opportunity to serve in church each week. It gives me a chance to forget myself and think of others and to try and help them feel welcome.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Bekah
I think the first thing to increasing faith is through prayer. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are real, and they want us to have personal relationships with Them. And one of the best ways to do that is through prayer. Also reading the scriptures really helps me a lot. I almost always find something to help or encourage me when I study the scriptures.
