Hi I'm Kamini

I'm a Mother of 2. I am of Indian descent. I have served in the Military. I work as a Physician Assistant. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of two lovely girls and I work full time as a physician assistant in Philadelphia. I am of Indian descent. I have spent time giving back to this country of opportunity through service in the military. I love to travel, run, read, and spend time with friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

Being in the field of healthcare, I see the spectrum of different diseases. In particular, I see the effects of drug, alcohol and smoking. When I learned of the Word of Wisdom and the encouragement to avoid such vices, it all made sense to me. I learned how to fast and pray to know if the things I learned were true. I studied the words in the Book of Mormon and I listened to the guidance provided by prophets and apostles. I believe seeds were planted little by little, and eventually my heart has opened up to acceptance of many things. 14 years later, there are still things that I pray about to have a better understanding about something. I know that my Heavenly Father knows me personally and will give me experiences to always help my testimony grow.

How I live my faith

I try to visit my fellow sisters on a regular basis and blossom a friendship that otherwise may have never been. We share common interests in our faith and I am reminded each time that we are daughters of our Heavenly Father. We treat each other as such. I can be used as an instrument in God's hand to help provide watch care over his children. In the same respect, I have sisters come to visit with me and make sure I am doing okay. What a blessing to be a part of a world wide organization of watch care that can truly make a difference!
