Hi I'm Rachel

My name is Rachel and I love languages! Hablo espanol, ingles, y frances. Je parle francais, anglais, et espagnol.

About Me

I love foreign languages! I started learning Spanish in junior high and then picked up French in high school. Now I'm taking both in college. They are so similar and so interesting to me. I work at a pizza restaurant and I love to be with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me feel happy and it makes sense. There are so many answers to deep questions of life and it brings hope into my life. I love that families are so important. I love that I can live with my family forever, even after death. I love that I can pray and feel of God's love. He answers our prayers. He blesses me so much! And I know that the church is true and He gave it to us because He loves us so much!

How I live my faith

I help plan activities for the women in our neighborhood. We get together and have fun and spiritually uplifting activities together. I love the people I work with! We have so much fun planning. I also help make a newsletter, spotlighting sisters in our ward. I'm also grateful to be a visiting teacher--that is, go to a few sisters houses, help them, serve them, talk to them, and make new friends.

In whom should we have faith?

We should have faith in Jesus Christ. He loves us, so He gave His life for us. He was resurrected so that we might all live again. Having faith in Him means we have to trust in Him, believe in Him, and follow Him. When we do this, He blesses us! Show more Show less
