Hi I'm Eric Larsen

I was raised in the Central Valley of California and am studying Financial Economics in college. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up playing sports and scouting. I have grown to love competition, teamwork, sports and the outdoors. I played water polo competitively for 6 years in California and continue playing on intramural teams at my college where I am studying financial economics. I am recently married and my wife and I love exploring the outdoors and trying out new restaurants.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have faith in and believe in Jesus Christ. Through the teachings of the Church, I have been able to grow closer to my Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ. I desire to become more like them and continue to attend to grow my knowledge of the Gospel. I know my Heavenly Father loves me and just as in times of old with prophets like Noah, who built the ark, God has called prophets to lead His children. God's prophets guide and direct His Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This allows me to learn more, understand God's will, and become more like Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

Starting in high school I began volunteering with special education events such as the Special Olympics. I volunteered with weightlifting, soccer, and the basketball Special Olympics Games. I also participate in church programs visiting members of the church and passing the Sacraments to the congregation on Sundays.
