Hi I'm Ary

I'm an Alaskan grown, language learning, adventure loving girl who's life centers around Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently attending Brigham Young University studying German Teaching. At the end of this semester I will head home to Alaska to be married to a German man who has become a huge part in my life. After getting married in May, I will move to Germany to finish my studies and begin my own family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of family. Family is not only what supports me in this life, but it is the reason why I am here on this earth. Our Father in Heaven wants us to have all that he has. In order for us to inherit this, we needed to obtain a body and experience things in that body. He then made a plan for us to come to earth, obtain a body, submit ourselves to a plethora of emotions, desires, temptations, and experiences. Then we would come back and live with Heavenly Father and our families throughout the eternities. I love my family and the joy I experience with them. I am excited to start my own family. I cannot wait to spend eternity with all of my family. This knowledge keeps me striving to be the best I can, so that I am worthy of this honor of eternal families.

How I live my faith

Every moment in this life is one we can learn from. I try to live my day as an honest, loving, hard-working, Christlike individual. That's a tall order and I don't meet it every day, but I do my best. I've served in the church in many capacities, planing activities, discussing the needs of members and friends, organizing music programs, and more, but my favorite thing to do is teach the gospel. I love the lessons and what we learn as a group from the Holy Ghost while I teach. And I love all of the things I learn during my preparation.
