Hi I'm Joseph D Storer

I was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho and am the 5th of 7 Children and the youngest of 3 sons.

About Me

I am married for 38 years and am the Father of 4 grown sons. I have 4 granddaughters and 1 grandson who are Grandpa's pride and joy. I have worked in the field of International Sales & Marketing for 35 years and have had the privilege to travel much of the world. I attribute third to the fact that at age 19 I volunteered to be a Missionary for the Church and was sent to São Paulo Brazil where I became fluent in Portuguese. Upon return I studied business administration at Brigham Young University and later Trinity College & University in Malaga Spain where together with learning Spanish I obtained an MBA in International Business. I married Miss June L Robertson of Harpers Ferry. WVA on May 8th 1976 and a have spent the last 28 years working and raising our family. Each of our 4 son were born in a different states as we relocated numerous times as part of my career progression. We have lived in Harpers Ferry, WVA, Camarillo, Ca, Houston, TX, Miami, FL, Sacramento, Ca, Coral Springs, FL, Irvine, Ca, Coral Springs, FL, Gilbert, AZ, Coral Springs, FL, Middleburg, FL, Paris, France, Coral Springs, FL. We have 4 Granddaughters and 1 Grandson. My wife June has worked as a Gymnastics instructor for 37 years and we have always been active serving in many different callings.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon as I have read and studied the Book of Mormon and the Bible, prayed and received my personal confirmation that this is indeed the true Church of Jesus Christ on the Earth today. I have a testimony that we have a living Prophet and 12 Apostles today called by the Savior. I bear testimony in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

How I live my faith

We participate actively in every different Ward and Stake in which we have lived and love the support the Church gives our family. I have been privileged to serve in 4 Bishoprics, 3 High Councils and many other ward and Stake calling. One of the greatest joys of my life has been to serve in the Church and to serve my many Church Brothers and Sisters. I had the privilege of serving a mission from Jan. 1972 to Jan 1974 in the Central and South Central Missions in Brazil. My 4 son all also had the privilege of serving Missions for the Church. Rob served in Guatemala, Tyler served in Spanish Speaking New York, City, Joshua served in the Spokane, WA mission and Jesse served in the Samara, Russian Mission. We enjoy very much attending church as a family and in participating in the many activities the Church offers us. We love to share our testimonies with our non member friends and to invite them to participate in the many family activities offered by the Church. Our favorite family vacation has always been to go Skiing together as a Family. My wife and I both enjoy working with a teaching the youth by having them in our home for family activities.
