Hi I'm Kaeli

I'm currently a college student at BYU. I dance, snowboard, and always find adventure! And I'm a Mormon:)

About Me

I'm originally from Idaho, but now studying Exercise and Wellness and Business at Brigham Young University. I've been a recreation guide in southern Utah, a missionary in Singapore and Malaysia, a beauty consultant, a ballet teacher, a dental technician's assistant, and more, but what has always stayed constant is that I've always loved the gospel of Jesus Christ and have tried to live it. I'm always up for an adventure, whether that's a hike in the mountains, visiting a llama farm, a dance party, or playing harmless pranks on roommates or friends. Definitely an Idaho girl when it comes to shooting guns, or taking advantage of the snow and going snowboarding. And of course, I wouldn't be where I'm at, as happy as I am, without my sweet parents, 3 sisters, 2 dogs, and 1 adorable nephew:)

Why I am a Mormon

I know that when I follow the commandments of God, and this gospel I am happiest. That is what God sent us to this earth for, to be happy! I can't imagine looking at all the beauty of this earth, the mountains, the sky, the life of each plant, the progress we as human beings make and denying that a superior being's hand was involved. God has blessed us with all these things and infinite more! I chose to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I know the message is true and I wanted/still want all my brothers and sisters on this earth to hear it and hopefully accept it because it has the answers. It is true. Jesus Christ really did suffer for our sins and died on the cross. He did this for every single one of us. I know that He was resurrected and lives today as does our Heavenly Father. If we turn to Him and invite Him to be a part of our lives, He will walk with us!

How I live my faith

Faith should be lived everyday. Faith is something that should be a part of our souls, not just something we do on Sundays. And Jesus is who I've put my core faith into. Therefore, I live my faith through trying my best to incorporate His principles and His love into my life. I'm an optimistic person who loves to talk with people, especially connect with people, and when it's right, to share more about Jesus Christ with them. I do my best to keep the commandments of God and always pray to him. One of my favorite ways to communicate to God is when I take a road trip (usually between Utah and Idaho) to just turn off the music and talk with God, and when I do, He's really there, and those are the most special prayers. I also love to take the sacrament on Sundays, and to visit the incredible temples of the church:)
