Hi I'm Angel

I was born and raised in southern California. I have come to be known as a musician. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have always tried to become better physically, mentally, musically and spiritually. I love playing all sports, skating, exercising, and working out. I love learning science and math like astronomy and physics. I play the Trumpet and Piano fairly well and have been in many award winning bands in my youth. I am serving in the Bacolod Philippines mission winter 2014 and am to attend LDS business college Spring 2016.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up happy and in peace, assuming all I was taught was true. I always assumed my friends and the people around me were happy and had some measure of peace regarding their eternal purpose and who they were. As I grew up I realized not all had the view on life, view on purpose or even the view on existence as I saw; and I began to see how the lack of faith in something as good as a gospel made people live in fear and pain. I realized I had grown with a light that all sought, a light that could be resembled in other places, but was only fully present in the Mormon church. I began seeing the church as Christ's Gospel on earth, as the kingdom of heaven on earth. I learned more and more and saw with even more clarity that the things I was learning and believing were true and were purely for my benefit and joy. I now know with surety that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has all things necessary to achieve our full potential as people, believers, and children of a mighty and loving Heavenly Father who lives. I seek to be perfect, not for me, but for my God who desires his eternal joy upon me and you. I know this is only possible in the way that he has prepared for us, that is, through Christ's gospel restored on the earth today, the Mormon church. I strive to be like God so I can be with him, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I have been a ward pianist, president for young men's groups, a ward missionary, and a young single adult representative for my home ward.
