Hi I'm Kimberly

I'm a Mormon from Utah. I'm preparing to go on a mission. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ and am excited to share it.

About Me

I was homeschooled through grade school and have been in college for 2 and a half years. I am going on a mission next month and am very excited to share the gospel. I have 9 blood-siblings, and 2 in-laws, and I love my big family. I love music and reading.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but I had to gain my own testimony and be converted to the gospel just as surely as everyone else. I'm grateful to my parents for raising me in a Christ-centered home and for helping me to be a good person. Though I now have a testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I am always learning more and increasing my knowledge and testimony. I know that Heavenly Father loves us all and He's always there for us to help us and to guide us back into His presence. I'm so thankful to Jesus Christ who died for us that we could live again and made it possible for us to repent of our sins and mistakes and make it back into our Father's presence. I know that families can be together forever and that our ancestors and loved ones who have passed on are helping and supporting us; they're rooting for us and want us to make the right choices. I know that the Book of Mormon if truly the word of God to His children, and that by reading and studying the teachings in this book we will grow closer to our Father in Heaven and we will be blessed. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of the Lord, and that he really was called of God to restore the true church to the earth for the benefit of us, His children. I know that the subsequent leaders of the church, down to Thomas S. Monson, have all been called of God to head His church on earth and to direct us for good. I know that as we live our lives according to God's commandments--found in the scriptures, in the words of living prophets, and through personal revelation--we will be able to overcome all of life's challenges and struggles, and that Heavenly Father will always be there for us, to help and support us. This is the only path to happiness in this life and throughout eternity, and this is what our Heavenly Father wants for us.

How I live my faith

I am the pianist in the Primary in my ward, and I love spending time with the kids there--they are so sweet and funny. I have been a teacher and a leader in various presidencies growing up, and I've loved being able to serve.
