Hi I'm Kristin Fulbright

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Seattle. I'm the middle of seven children. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm going to school to study speech pathology. I love hiking, exploring the city, decorating cake, eating nachos and laughing with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

My testimony started off small. It started with me feeling alone and lost. As I struggled the thought came to me that Jesus Christ died not only for my sins but so I would never have to feel alone. He suffered with me, he knew what I was feeling. I then prayed and asked God if he was there for me and if he loved me. I felt a huge wave wash over me and I knew right then that I had a Father in Heaven who was aware of my daily need. He loves me so very much. From that instance my testimony started to grow. I am a Mormon because I know God has created a plan for us to live with Him again. Central to that plan is Jesus Christ and his atonement. If we want to live with God again we must have faith in Christ, repent, follow the example of Jesus Christ by being baptized, receive the Holy Ghost and endure to the end. I know that the Priesthood, the power of God, has been restored to the earth through the prophet Joseph Smith. With that wonderful power the authority is on the earth for us to be baptized. I know this is true because I have read and prayed about the Book of Mormon and the spirit has told me this is true, I know he cannot lie. This knowledge has brought me the greatest peace and comfort in this life.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith in all that I do. I know who I am and how important I am to God so I try my best to act that. I try to treat myself and others around me with the respect and love. I don't use vulgar language or do anything that would draw me away from God. I recently returned from serving an 18 month mission in Salt Lake City, Utah. While I was there I talked to everyone to share with them the plan that God has for all of us. Doing this brought me the greatest joy in the world.
