Hi I'm Jaret

I grew up all over the USA and Germany. My father is in the military so we move a lot. I am a Mormon

About Me

I enjoy playing soccer and running track and cross country for my school. I love going to seminary and hanging out with the youth in my ward. Since my family is military we have had the opportunity to travel around the globe and visit a diverse amount of people and cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

A few summers ago if you had asked me why I was in the church, I probably would have said that my parents rule was to attend church and that I was forced to go each Sunday. After growing up these past few years both physically and spiritually, and having some very tender and sacred experiences with the gospel I have come to know the things of Heavenly Fathers church that I have been taught and continue to learn are true.

How I live my faith

In my ward, as a youth I help on Sunday with the sacrament and other callings within that. I go hometeaching with my dad, who is my companion. Each month when we have the opportunity to go hometeaching and are able to share our messages with our families, we are blessing the lives of these families and also growing in the gospel. As youth we also meet every Wednesday for activities ranging from volleyball to scouting merit badges and requirements. Our young men are also highly encouraged to go through scouting and become and Eagle Scout, so we also use these Wednesdays to work on that.
