Hi I'm Angela Quilty

I am currently serving in the Mississippi Jackson Mission. I grew up in Alberta Canada and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to participate in sports such as Basketball and Soccer. I have attended a semester of university. I love to travel. I have been Costa Rica and many countries in Europe. I am currently serving an 18 month mission in the Mississippi Jackson mission.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 13 I made the decision along with my mother and two sisters to be baptized into the Mormon church. In the community that I live in there are many members and most of my friends were members. I always felt that my friends had something different from me even though we seemed to live the same life style. My family didn't smoke or drink. We didn't even drink the wine at our catholic church. As time went by we were invite to the lds church by my aunt, who had joined many years before, and friends from school and the community. We continued to go to church and we took the missionary discussions. Soon after my family and I decided to be baptized. I love this gospel and I love the joy it has brought in to my life. I have a testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ and of his atonement. The love and light that can be shared by all of us is an amazing example of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a 18 month mission which entails teaching others about the doctrine of Jesus Christ and live a way that would be pleasing unto him. Thus far I have really enjoyed the opportunity to serve the Lord in this capacity.

In whom should we have faith?

Angela Quilty
All though a simple question there are many reactions which may cloud the ability to see that God our Eternal Father and his Son Jesus Christ are the most important people to those in this faith. This testifies to me that we should place our trust and our faith in these heavenly beings who love us unconditionally. Show more Show less
