Hi I'm Aaron

I grew up in the rural town of Townsend, Massachusetts. I've traveled all over Europe. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an eighteen year old high school student just waiting to graduate. I love to hike, and I'm an Eagle Scout. After high school I'm going to serve a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and then go to Basic Combat Training for the US Army. I plan to join Army ROTC at Brigham Young University after I finish Basic Training and Advanced Training.

Why I am a Mormon

I, like anyone, am not perfect. I sin, I get angry, I make mistakes. I don't always do my best. But the Gospel of Jesus Christ is perfect. There is no greater joy in this life than that of His Church. I have felt the spirit of God, and there's nothing comparable. There is no greater love out there than that of our Father in Heaven, and he always wants to help us through our trials and tribulations. I know for a fact that there is nothing I have been given, good or bad, that didn't come from God. He tests each of us every day to see if we can maintain our faith. Some have fallen away, but I will never fail. I know that with God on my side, I can overcome any challenge. I have met many great people, had many great experiences, and performed many great services through this church that no one can replace. I will never be the same, and I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for this Gospel. Nothing in the world means more to me than knowing the truth, and that's what I've found in this church. Truth, happiness, charity, wisdom, and above all, love.

How I live my faith

I am an Eagle Scout, and I help the younger scouts in my Boy Scout troop reach the rank of Eagle as well. I am an active church member; I teach about 3 or 4 families in the ward and help them with whatever they need with my home-teaching companion. I try to share the gospel whenever I can, so that others can share the joy that it brings anyone who truly believes.
