Hi I'm Joan Romero

Mother of four. Business owner with my husband of 13 years. Homeschooler. Vegetarian. Libertarian. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love organizing. Whether it's a cluttered closet or a program. I like looking at the objectives, motives, flow, and functionality. Taking things apart, looking at what I have to work with and create something that is beautifully simple.

Why I am a Mormon

I am much happier when I am active in my church than when I'm not. It's that simple. I believe that God want's us to be happy, and He has given us the way to happiness, not just in this life but also in the life to come.

How I live my faith

Right now I'm the Stake Primary President. That means my counselors and I help with the training, orientating, instruction and support the leaders of the children's organizations of the eight different congregations in our area. I'm a visiting teacher, which means I have accepted the assignment to be a friend and helper to a handful of women in my congregation. I am happy to help anyone I can, but here are a few I pay special attention to. I attend our church activities. Help plan and organize them if I'm asked to. And I'm sure to help lend a hand once I'm there.
