Hi I'm Alice

I'm a full time missionary in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I'm Mormon!

About Me

Some of my interests include running, eating, being outside, and trying new things. I am the youngest of four kids. I went to one year of college at SUU for Pre-Med. People say it admirable that I have worked in jobs that I don't enjoy, but did it, and did it well, to earn the money I need for a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I know that this is the only true church. I feel comfort even just entering the church building. I love that this gospel gives us the answers to our questions and is accepting, but still has standards. Jesus Christ is my friend, brother, and Savior! He makes it possible for me to push forward and one day he will plead for me to our Father in Heaven. He felt the things that I feel. The Holy Ghost forgives and helps me on a daily bases. This church is true!

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary and I try and be as social as possible. I love getting to know new people and sharing my testimony.

Why do some call Mormonism a cult?

Alice
Some people think that we are a cult because somethings are kept secret. It's not secret, but sacred. Show more Show less

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

Alice
It is ideal to learn more about the church first. Maybe from a friend or family member, but usually the missionaries. After they have taught you about the love and guidance of the Lord you have the choice to be baptized. Baptism is a complete remission of sins. Where you are metaphorically reborn. Your sins are washed and then you receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. He helps guide you on a daily basis, that's why he is a gift. Show more Show less
