Hi I'm Natalie

I have lived in Utah, Idaho, and I now live in Kansas. I am in school to be a clinical psychologist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love football and basketball. I watch a lot of college football and Boise State is my team! I also love music and did color guard in high school. I like to try new things and find new skills. I LOVE fixing cars and going to car shows. My car is my baby and I put a lot of work in to it. I am the oldest child in a family of 8 and I have moved around a bit. I am currently in college majoring in psychology and I love it! I love trying to understand people and how the work. I have always wanted to help people and I love to listen. I love to make people laugh! I joke around a lot because I am more comfortable when I'm being funny. I think laughter can help just about anything so I try to make people smile. I also love Broadway musicals and leather jackets.

Why I am a Mormon

I didn't always have a strong testimony of the LDS church. When I was little I went because my family told me to. Once I was a teenagers that didn't seem like a good enough reason anymore. I stopped going to activities as much and only went to things that my parents made me go to. I stopped caring about scripture reading and I just didn't want to be involved in church anymore. I kept going because I wanted to understand why it was so important to my family. When I was 15 my family moved states and it was really hard for me. I had mentally fallen away from the church and I wasn't very happy with my life in general. I went to high school in our new state and my life fell apart that year. Everything changed and I didn't know what I was going to do. I went to seminary and made friends that loved the church. I started trying to do all the things my friends did to understand what made them so happy with the church. I listened closely in church meetings, I went to all the activities, and I finally read the Book Of Mormon. After this my life I turned around. That year changed my life. I gained a testimony of the Church like never before. I fell in love with everything I was learning. I now know it is true without a doubt in my mind. The LDS Church changed my life. I wouldn't be the person I am without it.

How I live my faith

I am currently the leader of our small group that gets together every Monday. I help to plan the activities that we will do every week and try to encourage every one to come. I go to the church activities and do everything I can to be involved. I look forward to our activities and love getting to know everybody! I love being involved in music groups and sporting activities.
