Hi I'm Sadie Johnson

I grew up in Utah. I love to sing, paint my nails and help others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of six. I have completed two semesters of college. After much prayer and thought I have decided to serve a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always known about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as I was born into the church. I have always just gone to church with my parents because that's what was expected of me but now that I am older, I have come to realize that this church is the true church. I believe it with all my heart. I love to feel my Saviors love for me. I know that He loves not only me but every single person in the world. We are His children and He wouldn't ever just put us here on the earth without His help. He is always there for us. I am grateful for the knowledge that I have of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I want to share it to all those who are willing to listen. Today I don't go to church just because my parents go. I go because I want to go. I do it for myself and to help those around me feel the spirit. If I go to church, then I will gain more knowledge about my Savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father and I will one day return to His presence and I will be able to see all my loved ones who have passed away and those to follow. I can't wait for the day when I get to see my Savior Jesus Christ face to face again. I know that this church is true and that my Savior lives! I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

Everyday I strive to become like our Savior Jesus Christ. Yes, I have those days when I don't feel like I can accomplish all that my Heavenly Father wants me to but I know that my Heavenly Father knows that I am not perfect and that I am doing my best. That is all that He asks of us. I pray to have the spirit with me at all times and that I will have enough faith in my Savior Jesus Christ to do all that He asks of me. I am grateful for my calling in the church. Today I am on my ward's missionary committee. A group of us go out and help those who are less active come unto Christ. This is a good preparation for me as I continue to prepare to serve my mission in the San Antonio, Texas Mission.
