Hi I'm Brianna Allred

I was born and raised in Magna, Utah. I am from a family of 6! I love to play sports, sing and ride 4 wheelers! I am a Mormon! (:

About Me

I love food for starters! I love to go fishing, four wheeling and dirt biking. I play basketball and volleyball. I graduated from Cyprus High School in 2013. I am an outdoors girl and love to go camping. I attended the University of Utah before serving a mission and I am currently serving a full time mission in the Missouri, Independence Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon. The spirit I feel while I am at church and around my ward family is the greatest feeling. I love the fact that you don't have to be perfect, you strive to be more like Christ every day and it comes over a period of time. I am not perfect but I am perfect at one thing, I am perfect at trying! It's having faith in every foot step that gets you through the struggles of life. I know that families will be together forever, my family has been through many trials and I have never seen the lords hand in my life more and I am grateful for that knowledge. Its such a blessing to know that you will see your friends, family and loved ones after they pass on again. I know this church is true with all my heart. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet called of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that families will be together forever. I'm a Mormon and I love it.

How I live my faith

I use to teach the little children quite often and I loved it. Children are so humble and full of love, they are such great examples to all. We also visit the women within our ward and help them continue to grow closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We do a lot of service activities and crafts.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Brianna Allred
As I look at my family today, we wouldn't be as strong, unified and together if it wasn't for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Family is so important to me because you have someone to turn to for help and guidance. Family is the social unit in the world today. Satan is making his attack on families across the globe because he knows just what families can do and become. Children are raised, taught and reared in the home with their families and by doing these things, you grow together in unity and love. Families are so important to Mormons because we know that after this life, we will return to live with our families for forever and be in Gods presence. Nothing gets better than that! :) Show more Show less

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Brianna Allred
In Malachi 3:8 it states "Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings." We are asked to pay tithing to continue the Lords work on the earth today. I can tell you from my personal experience that I know that God commands us to pay tithing. There was a time in my life when I quit paying and it was not the smartest idea in the world. I remember asking "Why am I short on money?" I remembered that I had not been paying my tithing and receiving those blessing that my Heavenly Father had in store for me. God does not need money. But he does want to give us all the blessings that he has in store for us if we do what he asks. Show more Show less
