Hi I'm Sarah Hart

I love music. My goal in life is to be a princess. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I believe every girl is a princess. I eat over 1 Lb of peanut butter every week. I sing, play guitar, piano, and write music for fun. I am a pro cookie-baker. I love dancing in the kitchen with my sister and watching sunflowers grow. And I'm a mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I know there is a hole in every heart that will only be filled with the messages taught in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I believe there is no feeling more illuniating than accomplishing a self-determined goal. I've learned that everything boils down to a choice. My religion helps me not only forgive myself when I mess up, but pushes me forward to keep trying. Keeping the commandments of God as best I can makes me feel GOOD about myself in a way that no other person or thing can make me feel. I advise everyone who is searching for pure happiness to invite the missionaries into their lives, truly search the whole scope of Mormonism, and set and achieve personal goals. Then, I promise, you will find the praiseworthy happiness that I have found. And it's a beautiful thing.

How I live my faith

The simple things are what make the difference when it comes to living my faith. Right now, I am serving an 18-month long volunteer mission for Christ in South Carolina. I visit homes and share how having Christ's restored gospel in my life has helped me. I know my message is true, because I feel it, and I see a light come to the eyes of all of those whom I speak with. I also live my faith by writing notes to friends, smiling, and shaking off laziness (running in the morning helps). Before I left Idaho, I loved attending church, reading the scriptures, and praying. I found more joy becoming a scripture olympian than I did from practicing guitar. I get to know God by talking to him. I live my faith by involving Him in every decision I make, and act as His Spirit directs. God has repeatedly told me that if I do these things, I will find the peace I am looking for on stressful days, comfort for the soul on heart-wrenching days, and the joy I need for otherwise mundane days. That is how I live my faith, but also, that is why I live my faith.
