Hi I'm Ryan

I'm a student at Brigham Young University. I'm a husband, a father, an avid sports fan, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am studying both communications and business management at BYU. I love sports, both as a player and a spectator. I love music, movies, and a good TV series. My wife and I got married in 2013, 8 years after meeting each other as high school sophomores. We have a beautiful baby girl who is no 16 months of age. I work at Qualtrics as a sales rep and will be graduating with a degree in Public Relations in April 2016.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon. I didn't have one specific moment or experience that gave me a testimony of Christ. However, throughout my life I have had numerous experiences where I have seen His hand work miracles. I have felt spiritual promptings many times in various circumstances, and seen the positive results of following them. I have gained a testimony of Christ's church being restored in our days. His church never changes. He spoke to His children all throughout time through prophets, and He continues to do so today. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. It is a second witness of the Savior and His works, and goes hand in hand with the Bible to teach the world of the divinity of God and His eternal plan for his children.

How I live my faith

Every day I spend time thinking about the Savior Jesus Christ. My wife and I read scriptures and pray together every evening. I spent two years of my life serving as a full-time missionary in Montreal, Canada. Currently, my wife and I are assigned to teach young children about Christ in the nursery at our church meetings. I love giving service and sharing God's love with others around me.
