Hi I'm Elizabeth

I grew up in Utah. I am a mother. I like to snow and water ski. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of two little children. They occupy most of my time, but when I get the chance I love to fill my time with reading, scrap booking, and improving my musical abilities. I have played the violin since I was three and have recently started learning to play the piano. I am also a certified public accountant. I got my bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting with an emphasis in tax. I love to snow ski, water ski, hike, and run. Spending time out if doors is always enjoyable and I love having my dog tag along.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the peace the gospel brings to my soul as I live the gospel principles each day. As I study the scriptures and learn of the teachings of Christ I feel the Spirit and know that what I am learning is true. As I apply Christ's teachings I find that I have more patience, am more pleasant to be around, and am happier with my life. I know God has a plan for me. He leads and guides me through the inspiration of the Spirit. I know I can return to live with him someday if I live worthily. His plan is a perfect one and I am a part of it.

How I live my faith

In the past I have worked with the youth. I have been involved with the scouting program for the boys (ages 8-11), the musical time for all children under the age of 12, and I have spent time teaching 12 & 13 year olds. I love teaching the children - they have such a sweet spirit about them. Currently I am involved with the women's organization of the church. I visit different women in their homes, sharing a monthly message with them and offering any assistance that they might be in need of.
