Hi I'm Dallen Meredith

I'm from Idaho. I have grown up in the LDS faith. I've been called to serve in the Russia Samara mission.

About Me

I love all sports. I played soccer in high school but regularly play basketball as well. I love anything that keeps me active. This past summer I really found in interest in fly fishing and it has become my favorite hobby. In other free time I love to snowboard in the winter and go boating with my friends in the summer. I was recently called to serve in the Russia Samara mission. I leave May 21, 2014 to the Provo MTC. Upon returning from my mission, I plan on attending BYU-Idaho and working my way to become a doctor. I have 4 younger siblings, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was raised in the LDS faith, I have chosen to live it. There is a difference. I have chosen to live this faith because it is where I find most happiness, peace and comfort. As a teen, there were times I didn't make the best choices, but I quickly realized that when I wasn't doing the right things, I wasn't happy. Being a mormon is thee greatest thing I have in my life. Choosing to live the faith has been even better. I know that as you choose to live in a way that is pleasing to our Heavenly Father, you can find real happiness and peace.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by regularly attending church meetings and fulfilling my calling with the young men of our ward. Outside of church, I regularly study my scriptures and try to live in a way that no one can question my beliefs. I try to be an example to those around me. As I attend church, read my scriptures and pray, I grow closer to our father in heaven.
