Hi I'm Michelle Hironaka

I from the beautiful islands of Hawaii. I enjoy studying animation currently at BYU and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Hawaiian. But I love learning about all cultures and the variety it brings into the world. I'm currently studying Animation at BYU and dream of becoming storyboarding or concept artist. I love both visual and performing arts such as dance. It inspires me to achieve my goals and reach my fullest potential. There's always room for learning and improvement.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been blessed to be able to grow up in the church. I continue to follow it's teaching because of the constant peace I feel that it is true. I received this through praying and asking of it's truthfulness. The only way to know of it's truthfulness for yourself is if you ask of God with faith and real intent. Growing up, it was difficult to understand the concept of faith. I couldn't believe that someone up above guides and protects us because he loves us so much. Whenever, I'm in doubt I always receive peaceful confirmations through the Spirit. I can't deny it even if I wanted to. The gospel is true and is very good news.

How I live my faith

There is no greater feeling than to know that you've helped someone need. Big or small act of kindness 've definitely experienced this as I served my ward and community. I served in a few leadership positions as well as a visiting teacher. Through this I've learned a great deal about looking out for my fellow peers.
