Hi I'm Jayne

I grew up in Los Angeles. I work as an executive administrative assistant. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of three sons, all of who are grown and have families of their own now. I enjoy reading uplifting books, walking with friends, traveling to see family and going on short trips to new places with my husband. I am happiest when I am serving others, for when I help other people, I know I am in the service of God.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when I was sixteen years old. A friend from school introduced me to the missionaries who taught me the restored gospel of Christ. I had attended various churches throughout my growing up years, but as I listened to the missionaries and attended the LDS church, I felt like I had come home. I was learning things which I felt I had always known but had simply forgotten. People say I always have a smile on my face. There's a simple explanation for that - I am happy and content with life. Trials come in many forms to my life, but I know that through Jesus Christ, I can overcome all and live with Him again.

How I live my faith

I am fortunate to be serving in a congregation of 18-30 year old single adults at church. We gather often to learn of Jesus Christ and his teachings. My testimony of the Savior is strengthened through my daily scripture study. For years now my husband and I have been faithful in reading daily from The Book of Mormon. We have found that our home is blessed with an increase of the Holy Spirit as we invite our Redeemer into our lives through its pages.
