Hi I'm Jordan

I'm a dreamer, a go getter, an artist, a nerd, and I love to laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love hiking, boating, swimming, water polo, river rafting, rock climbing, painting, photography, singing, and eating sushi. I have gone to College studying Computer Science for a year but taking a break for my mission. I've gone to visit Mexico and Canada. I have three sisters whom I love very much.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate enough to be born into a family who are members of the church. Through my parents and the gospel teachings I have grown up with my own testimony of this wonderful gospel. The churches teachings allows me to be the best I possibly can. The gospels teaching always pushes me to do better. Just like a kite you need a string holding you to fly higher and higher for us that string are the commandments Heavenly Father has given us. If you let go of the kite string the kite falls down to the ground, ie without the teachings of the gospel we can also fall.

How I live my faith

My love of my community came when my mom was on our city's council. I was involved with putting on our town's celebration parade for 3 years. I also was involved in cleaning up our city. I helped with food drives. I always try to go to all of my church activities even when I don't want to . I have found it's always when you don't want to go that you need to go. I am nice to everyone. When ever there is someone new to the ward I instantly introduce myself to them so that they can have a friend at the ward. I have been on the other end where no one introduced themselves to me and it was really hard to go back to the church because I didn't know anyone that's why I strive to be everyone's friend.
