Hi I'm Warren Taylor

I grew up in Jackson County Missouri. I'm a convert to the Latter Day Saints Church, (Mormon)

About Me

I was born in Missouri and after high school, I joined the Army and that is when I discovered the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, (LDS). After being taught the beliefs of the LDS I joined. I am now married and we have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. I love playing basketball, hiking, yoga, and motorcycle riding.

Why I am a Mormon

As I learned of the LDS church and their beliefs, everything seemed so familiar and I readily agreed with what was being taught. We live what is called the Word of Wisdom, which is that we don't drink alcohol, coffee, tea or use tobacco. This also serves as a guideline to healthy eating. I have learned that God has a body as we do, but a glorified and perfected one and He is the father of our spirits. We were literally created in his image as noted in the old testament of the bible.

How I live my faith

I am retired and am active in my religion and love telling people about it. My wife and I were married in the Mesa, Arizona Temple, and sealed together for time and all eternity. Three of our five children served missions after high school, which gave them the opportunity to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ for two years, full time. I am currently a High Priest group leader and serve as an ordinance worker two days a week at the Mesa Temple. Our children are all active in their church callings and we all have a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ our lord and redeemer.
