Hi I'm Sarah Munafo

I was born in California and raised in Colorado. I have a passion for traveling and experiencing life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love living life and experiencing new things. I've been indoor skydiving and plan on doing outdoor skydiving and squirrel suit gliding in the future. I have a passion for fitness and am currently a certified personal trainer. I participate in sports as often as I can, including; soccer, volleyball, basketball, and ultimate frisbee. I finished two semesters of college and am now preparing to serve a mission in the West Indies and couldn't be more excited!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this amazing church. At one point in my life I took all of the teachings for granted. After a couple of years of noticeable confusion I started searching for clarity and purpose in my life. I wondered why I wasn't happy even when I did everything I thought I wanted to do without the LDS Church being involved. I heard a talk by a professor at BYU-Idaho that ignited the warmth and belonging I once knew. A realization came to me slowly, but it still came...The gospel of Jesus Christ is for everyone, no matter their personality, lifestyle, looks, or any other defining traits. I started going to church on Sundays with ears ready to listen and my heart open. What I'm taught in this wonderful church gives me limitless motivation and opens my eyes to acknowledge God's hand in my life. I love being a Mormon because of the true everlasting joy it brings.

How I live my faith

I try my best to share my faith with others around me. I've had the opportunity to prepare and give talks to friends and family which have helped me gain a stronger faith in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Reading the scriptures and praying daily keep me motivated and ready to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone around me.
