Hi I'm Kimberly

I'm a student, I'm a worker, I'm a sister, I'm a daughter, but most of all, I'm a Mormon :)

About Me

I study child development at a Dutch college. I also have 2 jobs to be able to afford it! I have 5 siblings all over the world and I am the only one who is active within the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. I love the church. I also do a lot of projects for the young adults in our church, such as family home evening, institute and the summer camp! In my free time I like to spend time with my friends, read, watch movies and listen to music. I have a great man in my life. He is currently getting ready to serve a full time mission in England, London south. I am so proud of him.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized into the church when I was 8 years old. People may think I did not choose. Or that I don’t have a choice now. But when I was 13 I had to make the choice to stay a member of this church. It has been the best decision I have ever taken. I am so glad to be able to say I am a Mormon. The church has given me a different look on life. It shows me beauty others don’t see. It shows me peace when others are down and it shows me comfort when there is nothing left to say. This gospel has saved my life, literally .

How I live my faith

My faith is not just a 'lets go to church on Sunday' kinda faith. I live it every day. It is a complete lifestyle. I grew up in the church. Although I am not the typical raised kid. At the age of 13 my mother wanted to leave the church (due to personal issues) I realized then and there that there was no way I would not go to church anymore. Ever since that day I have been an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. I am proud to say I am a Mormon and I love the way I live my life now.
