Hi I'm Catherine

My husband and I have raised five beautiful children and are the proud grandparents of 25 happy little people.

About Me

I graduated in Music Education, and have enjoyed music my whole life. Because of nearly 40 years of living with rheumatoid arthritis, my hands no longer can manage the great classics I used to play. I'm blessed, however, to still be able to accompany for church which is nothing short of a miracle, and is a joy to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be raised by devoted parents and blessed again by nine younger brothers and sisters. Because my parents were so devoted to God and to each other, we felt secure and happy, whether eating Mom's home-cooked meals around our big dining table, going together on family outings, or attending church together.. Our religion created the framework for our everyday lives; it shaped us into the people we are now. When I married my incredible husband in our church's temple, we made solemn promises to be true to God and each other, and that has given our five children the same security and happiness we had growing up. Now they are doing the same for their bright, happy little ones, who all are enjoying stay-at-home moms and devoted dads. I have experienced the fruits of belonging to this Church, and I truly wish those fruits for the whole world!

How I live my faith

I have been active in visiting women in my church to see to their individual needs, and have tutored underprivileged children in my home who have struggled in the school system. I have also organized many events to educate my community about the principles of freedom, and about how to be self- sufficient, and have participated in contributing food and support for many social gatherings for my local church.
