Hi I'm Keyaira King

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Alaska. I love adventures and the outdoors. I am serving a mission in the West Indies.

About Me

I love to ski and sing. I am currently going to college at BYU and I am studying engineering. I will be going on a mission soon to the West Indies and I am excited to serve the people there.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon not only because I grew up in the faith, but also because I personally have come to the knowledge of truth found in this church. I know that the LDS church is true in its teachings. Though the people are not always perfect, the doctrine is. I know that the Lord, Jesus Christ, lives and that he loves each and everyone of us more then we can even comprehend. I know that our Savior died for us and that he atoned for our sins. It is through this atonement, and this atonement alone, that we can be saved through repentance. I know that there are living prophets today and through their teachings and guidance we can succeed in making it back to our Father in Haven, where we will receive true and everlasting joy. I love this gospel and know with my whole being that it is true.

How I live my faith

I have been in many church leadership callings as a youth. I have been president of many different age groups where I plan activities, serve other youth, and make people feel included. In my community I have offered many hours of service teaching children CPR, picking up garbage, and helping kids learn to read at an elementary school.
