Hi I'm Emily A. Crow

I'm from Upstate New York. I am going on a mission to the Philippines Cebu East Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a student at Brigham Young University, studying physiology. I have hopes of becoming a physician's assistant after getting my graduate degree. I play field hockey and love participating in musical theatre. I grew up in a small town in Western Upstate New York, and have enjoyed experiencing all four seasons, although autumn is my favorite. I worked at a local recreation department during high school and loved every minute of it! I got to teach and spend time with kids ranging from 3 to 11 years old.

Why I am a Mormon

I have felt the love of the Savior and of my Father in Heaven countless times. I have felt the comfort and peace that the Atonement brings. I have not had many very difficult experiences in my life, and yet I have still gained that connection to Christ and God as I have learned that they care for me personally. Some people have never experienced this unconditional love and forgiveness and peace, and I am so grateful that I have both the opportunity to be blessed with such experiences, as well as the opportunity to share this redeeming gospel with others.

How I live my faith

I spent two years conducting the congregational hymns. Also, I spent two years on a committee that served as a link between the adult leaders for the youth program and the youth themselves, planning activities that would best suit the other young adults. Currently, I am a missionary serving in the Philippines Cebu East Mission.
