Hi I'm Graye Wasden

I'm an Idaho Spud, I'm a BYU Cougar, I'm a missionary in McAllen, I love life, a classic car lover, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Boise, Idaho to the best parents in the world. Ever since i was little I've loved big machines. I love to work on my 1967 Ford mustang. I hope to someday work in aerospace programs. I have attend my first semester at BYU in Provo, Utah. While at college I put in my mission papers and was called to serve a mission in McAllen, Texas. I love the gospel and I love being able to serve here in my mission. While at the MTC in Mexico my appendix started leaking and had to have surgery for the first time in my life, in mexico, away from my parents. I have since recovered and am now happily serving my mission in here in Texas.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been mormon all of my life. I have stayed in the gospel through all my trials and tribulations through the testimony I have grown. Since a sophomore in high school I have never missed a day of scripture study. By reading the scriptures my testimony has become the rock on which I can reliably focus if every strained by this mortal world we live in.

How I live my faith

I have been called to teach the people of Texas in the spanish language. (Tex-mex language actually) I have prepared myself for these next two years. I read the scriptures every night in order to understand how God, my father in heaven, wants me to act. I follow all gods commandments so that when I return after my mission I can meet my eternal companion and get sealed in the temple of God for time and eternity.
