Hi I'm George

I was born and raised in England, where I joined the Church at 16 years old and I love my opportunity to be a missionary in Canada

About Me

I am a Son, and a missionary in Canada. I joined the Church after I felt the Spirit confirming that it was true, that was a sweet experience. I love golf and being with family and friends, but most of all I like serving others and the happiness it brings.

Why I am a Mormon

It's the happiest and most fulfilling way I can live my life, before I was a member I had the opportunity to spend an afternoon in the grounds of the London Temple, it was an incredible place and I knew there was something really good about it. After being taught about and learning about Christ and the Church, feeling that it was true I was baptized. I have grown so much since then and the more I grow the more I understand that was the best decision of my life. I'm so grateful for the opportunities I have been given to help and serve other people, I love making others happy.

How I live my faith

Right now I am a missionary in Canada, I wanted to be a missionary after realizing how much the Gospel has helped me become a better, happier and hopeful individual. It is excited to help others receive that too, with the joy which that can bring. I enjoy learning a lot especially about the Gospel and Jesus Christ, I like reading about Him in the Book of Mormon, it inspires me to be a better man.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

I know we can grown in faith as we nourish however much faith we do have. We can nourish our faith by learning about God and keeping His commandments, reading scripture like the Bible & Book of Mormon, by at least having a desire to believe in Christ. As you do those things you will be surprised at how well you can increase faith in Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
