Hi I'm Preston Taylor

My family currently resides in Ohio, I attend college at BYU-Idaho, and i'm a Mormon

About Me

Right now i'm serving a two year mission for the church, I have been assigned to serve in the Riberao Preto, Brazil Mission. Before my mission I spent a year at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I was born in Arizona, however I've also lived in Nebraska, South Carolina, and Ohio where my family currently lives. Ever since I was young I've loved being active. I love sports and recreational activities such as baseball, basketball, snowboarding, skiing, ice skating, hockey, swimming, running, skateboarding, volleyball, fishing, hunting, shooting, riding motorcycles, lifting weights, and everything in between. I also played the Cello for nine years and took private lessons during that duration. I also was involved in many orchestras and study camps over the years. Although I decided to give up pursuing a career in music, I still enjoy playing the cello today. My family is very important to me, I have my two amazing parents, an older brother, an older sister, then there's me, then there's my younger brother, and my personal favorite, my little sister. Me and my sister are very close, and we love to do things together.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born in the church, I too gained my own testimony of its reality and necessity. I know that this gospel is true, and is the only that contains all the necessary doctrines and ordinanes for Exaltaion.

How I live my faith

Theres a scripture in Matthew that says this "And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife[a] or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life."(Matt. 19:29) I think this is the best way to live your faith. And for that, I am serving a full time mission in Ribeirão Preto, Brasil to show people how they can be happier throught the gospel.
