Hi I'm Leizel

I live in Ilocos Sur Philippines. I am a Mormon. I graduated college in University of Norther Philippines.

About Me

I love reading the book of Mormon, and testifying of it's truthfulness. I love being in the Church..I am fond of browsing social media sites Facebook in particular. I am single and graduated college with a course of Business Administration major in Management Accounting.

Why I am a Mormon

January 29, 2011 I was converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints commonly known as 'Mormons', for 2 years and six months I've been a single member within that year I've suffered many afflictions and persecutions caused by my family my mother and my siblings in particular but those challenges in my life being a Mormon never change nor cooled down my testimony of the truthfulness of the church. After 2 years and six months my parents got baptized in August 17, 2013. I've seen many miracles and blessings in my life from the time I got baptized. I will never regret of being one of the Mormons. And now 48 days to go I'll be on my mission. I know the Church to be true and its abiding precepts and principles. I know the Book Of Mormon to be another testament of Jesus Christ. I've been a Christian-Roman Catholic, I've known things about Jesus even before I was converted but through diligence in searching the scriptures 'Bible, Book of Mormon....' I've gained many learning and knowledge. I know if we follow Jesus Christ Gospel we will be blessed and it is one way of showing our love to Him. All these things I know to be true because I asked Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ if these things were true and the Holy Ghost manifested unto my heart the answers to my questions and I know the things I shared is true in the sacred name of Jesus Christ even our redeemer, Amen.

How I live my faith

In our branch I have many callings like Young women 1st counselor, Branch missionary, Seminary teacher and Visiting teacher. I've been teaching the youth since I was called to be one of the leaders in the Youth but now I'm preparing to enter the Missionary Training Center. I once organized a Young Single Adult Activity, and most of the time branch youth activities.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Leizel
We know Joseph Smith to be the Prophet of restoration and he is not a God but a prophet of whom God showed His plans for us being children of God. And we praise non other than Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Joseph Smith is just one of the inspirations in following Jesus Christ. He has restored the fullness of the Gospel. And we owe his sacrifices to withstand the true Church of Jesus Christ but we don't praise him Show more Show less
