Hi I'm Craig

I grew up in Hyrum a small community. I started school in the first grade, we had no kindergarten, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am 70 years old and have been a member all of my life. I am married to my Eternal Companion of 47 years. We have 7 children all married, we have l9 grandchildren, l6 girls and 3 boys. I am retired from the military after serving more than 33 years. I am a former bishop, high counselor and missionary. I love and have played basketball, softball and golf. still playing golf. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true and the only true church of God and our beloved savior Jesus Christ. I have loved serving in my callings throughout my life especially in the temple, where my wife and I now serve as ordinance workers. We have served one mission and are waiting to enter the mission field again in march.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church, so it has always been a part of my life. I married my wife in the temple and believe with all my heart that this is the only way I will be able to return and live with my Father in Heaven. It brings my great joy as I experience the different aspects of the Gospel. I love my wife and our family, I love going to the temple and feeling the truly wonderful spirit that abides there. I know that God lives and answers our prayers. I know that Jesus Christ is His beloved Son. I know that the Gospel was restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I testify of these things in His holy name.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the commandments of our Father in Heaven and serving others. I have a long way to go by I am trying. My wife and I currently serve in the temple, I teach in my priesthood class, serve in the sunday school. I have served in many callings throughout my life and have enjoyed helping where I can. I try to be an example to my children and grandchildren and help them to want to learn more about the church.
