Hi I'm Bobby

I am a L.D.S. convert. I converted at the age of 14 in Wasilla, Alaska

About Me

I love to swim and am in a swim club on the high school swim team. i'm in the high school band which i love, I play tenor sax. I love almost every kind of music. I'm a convert, I was 14 when my family converted.

Why I am a Mormon

My name is Robert but for short people just call me Bobby. I was born in main and moved to Alaska when I was 6. I grew up in a town where there was only 1 church which was baptist. I grew up with the knowledge that mormons were polygamists and did not believe in God. after 9 years of living in our small town we moved to Wasilla because of my mothers medical conditions. We looked around for a house that was handicap accessible or one level. As we looked arouned for a few months we decided that there was nothing we liked or could live in so we decided to have one built. The builders were mormon. I was invited to mutual and attended every Tuesday night. After investigating the church for 3 months my family of 7 decided to be baptised. I know that I joined the true cherch.

How I live my faith

I am a teachers quarm (young men 14-16) president in my ward. I try to do a service project every month with the young men. I attend each one when I'm able. I try to be a good example to each of the young men.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Bobby
It is important to take care of our bodies because it is a temple to the lord. Our body is called a temple because it is where the holy spirit resides. Show more Show less
