Hi I'm Aaron

I am a DUI Car Wreck Survivor, Son of God, Husband, Dad, Company Executive, and a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up in the awesome town of Summerville, South Carolina. I loved the east coast and living among friends of many faiths. I moved to Utah as a teenager with my family and then served a mission in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I loved my mission and was glad to help others come to Christ. I am now a husband to a beautiful wife and dad to three wonderful children. I love these roles and the growth I have seen in myself as a man. I loved going to college and received degrees from both Weber State and Brigham Young University. These prepared me to take on my favorite job as Chief Technical Officer for Fire Protection Service Corp. My life is great and I owe so much to my Heavenly Father for all his blessings and the joy he has brought into my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon. I love the knowledge that I have gained about my Heavenly Father, his son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. More important than the knowledge has been the spiritual feelings, peace, and promptings I have received from these Heavenly beings as I have dedicated my life to their teachings and following Christ's example. In March 2015, I was involved in a head on car wreck as a result of a drunk driver. This was the largest challenge in my life as I clung on to life support while doctors repaired my torn heart and other broken bones. I will forever be thankful to my Savior for allowing me to continue my life on this earth. The peace and love that I felt as I was close to my Savior is a peace that the world needs to feel. I will forever be an example to others that the Lord does love us and desires that each of us will draw closer to him. I love my family and know that I will be with them forever. I know that there is life after death and that those that have passed on are helping us through many of our trials. My three brothers that died at birth were very close to me while I was hanging on to life. I can't wait to embrace them again in my physical arms and thank them for their love and support. Christ is my savior, redeemer, and friend. I truly have felt his influence in my life as I have dedicated it to following him. My life has more joy and less regret as I live his teachings and bring joy into the lives of others. I invite you to study more of his teachings and see how the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints can bring peace, love, and joy to your life.

How I live my faith

I love living my faith on a weekly basis. I find great strength, peace, joy, and sense of belonging as I serve others and put the needs of my family and community above my own. On Sundays I draw strength from participating in spiritual lessons with my neighbors, friends, and young adults. Each week I participate with the Boy Scouts organization helping our young youth learn basic skills to help them become better young men and eventually better citizens of our country. I also love spending many quality hours searching for lost ancestors and indexing historical records to help others find their ancestors. I love kneeling down in prayer each each day with my family thanking the Lord for all the blessings he has given us.
