Hi I'm Emi Champagne

I have a passion for Spanish. I am a sister, daughter, and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student. I study Communicative Disorders/Deaf Education and I love it! I love to read, run, and travel. The Gospel is a big part of my life, it's what keeps me going. I don't know where I would be without it. I deal with social anxiety. I love trying new coping mechanisms and methods, I find it really interesting to see how I react mentally to different things. I am often pleasantly surprised! For a long time I thought my anxiety was something I needed to get rid of before I could live fully. I'm trying to change my perspective, because my condition is a part of who I am and I wouldn't be who I am without it. I know God gave me this condition, it's not by accident. He gave it to me to help me become who He wants me to become, and I believe He loves me and that every good, bad, difficult, or otherwise thing he gives me is for my good.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this is His church, and I know that He loves me, you, and every person on this earth. His church has given me more peace than anything else.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by learning as much as I can about Jesus Christ and His gospel. That involves reading the words of His prophets, attending church, and trying to live my life the way Christ lived his. It's not easy! But it's a work in progress.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Emi Champagne
The fact that this world is full of beauty and variety is undeniable proof to me that God is not only there, but that He loves us. God loves variety, and it shows in His creations. Why else would He bother making the world we live in beautiful? Show more Show less
