Hi I'm Hudson

I grew up in Selah, Washington, attended a year of schooling at BYU in Provo, and am serving my mission in Calgary Canada.

About Me

I'm grateful to be an older brother to 3 little sisters and 2 little brothers, they teach me as much as I hopefully teach them. I find that I'm a lot happier when I include physical activity in my life, particularily soccer, but pretty much any other sport as well. The little kid inside of me is still around and I love comic books, like a lot, I try to read as many as I can. I've also been lucky enough to be able to attend a year of schooling at BYU and BYU football is the highlight of every Fall for me. I love life and being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

Being Mormon has been one of the greatest blessings of my life! It has made me a better brother, son, friend and person in general. Not to mention all the happiness and peace that I've been able to feel as I face all the obstacles and trials that this life is full of. I know that the peace and happiness I've found come from the fact that this is the true church of Jesus Christ. Joseph Smith was called by God to be a prophet and to take part in this restoration of the church of Chirst. Thanks to him and the Book of Mormon the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is on the earth today. Being a member of this church helps me to draw closer to Christ and to help other people to do the same thing. I am ever grateful for my Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ, and ever grateful to be a member of his church.

How I live my faith

Well at the moment I'm serving as a missionary for the church in the Calgary Canada mission, but more than that I'm constantly striving to develop and grow as a person. God has a lot to teach me and I think the best way I can live my faith is by remembering my divine potential, continually working on gaining knowledge and doing the things the Lord has asked of me.
