Hi I'm Sue

I grew up in Ontario, Canada. I am a mother of 4 children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I feel my most important job is to look after, spend time, and love my husband and children. There is not a minute that goes by during the day that I don't think of them. I like to cook, bake, exercise, canoe, swim and read. I work part-time as a cook for a day care. I also love to walk and take care of our family dog.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a Mormon. I have awesome parents that have been wonderful examples to me. They are kind, loving, supportive, accepting, and encouraging. I feel they are the closest thing to the Savior in my life. I know the Savior lives. I know I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and wants the best for me. He knows who I am and the potential I have. Remembering this helps me to try a littler harder to do good each day. I am thankful for my husband and children and am comforted in the knowledge that we are an eternal family.

How I live my faith

I am a counsellor in the Young Women's Program. This is a youth program for girls 12-18. We have lessons on sunday and activities through the week. Our activities include, cooking, sewing, doing service, and athletics. We have 7 active girls that enjoy their church attendance. I visit 4 wonderful women each month with a companion. As I visit I can try and help and support these women. However I find that they teach me about being positive in hard situations. Enduring to the end.
