Hi I'm Hannah

I am Australian. I have hearing aids. I am a daughter of God. And I am a Mormon

About Me

I have moderate-severe hearing loss in both ears from birth so I wear hearing aids in both ears but this hasn't stopped me. I was a trainee domestic travel agent. I am an avid reader and I love Lord of the Rings and Jane Austen. I adore romantic things and love chick flicks, flowers and dancing. I am the peacekeeper in my family and I love being with my family and friends. In high school I was the bookish chameleon who was friends with everyone. I love meeting new people because I always feel like i'm talking to a long lost brother or sister. This is why I am serving in the Canada Vancouver Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of my Savior Jesus Christ. I have a testimony that the Book of Mormon is another witness of Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because I know that this church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, has been restored by Jesus Christ through the Prophet Joseph Smith and is complete in all its teachings, and it applies to anyone and everyone. Being a Mormon brings me happiness, peace and joy even in the tough times.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by happily accepting and loving my callings and the beautiful people I serve. I have been the Ward Music Chorister and a part of Primary (classes for children 5 -11yrs), first as a teacher to the 8-11 years old children, then later as the 2nd counselor in the Primary Presidency of my ward and guiding the music in sharing time. I live my faith by being kind, generous, non-judgmental and striving to lift those around me by loving them and serving them. I live my faith by following Jesus Christ.
