Hi I'm Adam

I'm a college student from Utah. I want to be a surgeon. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a freshman in college. I love to run, and I ran Cross Country in high school. I had a lot of fun with my friends on the team. I was part of the National Honor Society, and I love giving service and learning new things. I am a scout, and I enjoy camping, hiking, and playing Ultimate Frisbee.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this Church is true. My parents and all of my family are members, but I still had to learn for myself that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that this is His true church. I didn't gain a testimony all at once. While I was in high school, I noticed that the times when I was reading the scriptures were the times I felt happiest. During my first semester at college, I felt my Savior's love for me. I learned about grace, and learned that Jesus forgives everyone, including me. I know that He loves me, and I want to share that love with everyone I can. I am a Mormon because I love my Savior, and the LDS Church is His true church.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith in the way that I think and treat others. I'm learning to love people I meet. try not to let myself have a sour attitude, or harbor negative opinions against anyone. I attend church as a college student. There, I teach a class called "Gospel Doctrine," where we discuss the teachings of our church leaders. It's really cool; I get to learn all week and then teach on Sunday.
