Hi I'm Brandon

I'm a convert of 25 years and father of six children. I am a mormon.

About Me

I have 6 children from college to middle school age. I have been able to help coach several of my children's sports teams and I have been able to get to know them better through the experience. As a family we like to t do a lot of outdoors activities, but surprisingly we often find ourselves too busy. Some of the activities we like to do are boating, hiking and camping. I've spent all of my career in the Construction Management field, and for the last 20 years have worked for a large telecommunications company managing part of their capital improvements program. I enjoy the challenge of developing employee's skills and helping them meet their goals.

Why I am a Mormon

As a youth I didn't see much use for church, but in college I realized there was a place for Heavenly Father in my life. Then I met my wife and she introduced me to the Mormon Church. It felt welcoming like a large family and I was immediately comfortable there. In the last 25 years that feeling has never gone away! More importantly though is the feeling of the spirit that is always there to rejuvenate me weekly.

How I live my faith

I really enjoy serving others. As a member of the Mormon church I have had the opportunity to do a lot of service. I also enjoy the spiritual rejuvenation I get from attending church with my family every Sunday. Maybe the most important aspect of living my faith is teaching my children what is right through a good example, good advice and having Family Home Evening.
