Hi I'm Gwen

I grew up in Utah. I'm a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mother. I have three babies who are my world. I love to spend time with my family and am blessed to live close to my parents. I love to craft and create. I cherish my relationships, first with God and His Son, my own family, extended family and friends. I love my Savior with all my heart.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a Mormon but wouldn't really consider myself converted fully until recently. I've always believed and had faith in the teachings, I've always known it was true but it was more of a borrowed testimony. I have been through some really tough trials lately and have come to know of my Fathers love for me. I have become intimately aware of my Savior's atonement and how it applies to my life. He bears my cross so I don't have to. My life is a testimony of the gift He's given to me and I try to live accordingly. I know that through Him all my pains will be made whole, all my tears wiped away. The atonement applies to more than just repentance of sin, He can heal your hurt. He has felt it, you can turn to Him for comfort and peace. He will make you whole. I KNOW my Savior lives, I know He gave the gift only He could give because He loves each of us so much. Because He wants US to be with the Father again. Without this gift each of us would fail in that mission and all He asks is that we try our best. I'm not perfect but I keep on trying. In our family we have a saying, "Do your best, I will do my best." I am eternally grateful for a loving Father who provided the way for us to return, His Only Begotten Son. And through Him we can all make it back. So do your best!

How I live my faith

I am a Den Mother in our Cub Scouting program. I love teaching the young boys values and skills that will help them as they grow. I love to make it fun for them! I go visit a few sisters in our ward and enjoy my friendships with them. I love giving service and involve myself whenever possible in preparing meals for those who are sick or in need.
